Mishri/Sugar Candy

Mishri is a type of confectionery mineral which is edible and tasty as well. It is basically of two types- uncrystallized candy and crystalline candy. Candy sugar is known for centuries for its medicinal uses. Crystals were grown as a result of cooling supersaturated sugar solutions.
